Straight Stairlifts

Standard straight stairlifts can normally be supplied and installed within two to three working days. Very often we can install the next day. If a stairlift requires and added extra i.e. hinged track, or powered swivel seat etc., then this we will require a special order but would still be supplied and installed within two to seven working days.

Installation time on site varies for each make and model of stairlift. For example, a standard Brooks stairlift will take approximately one hour to install plus demonstration time. The engineer on his Free Quotation visit will explain to you what work is entailed and an approximate time for installation.

Curved Stairlifts

Curved stairlifts take a little longer to supply as they have to be specially manufactured to suit the staircase in question.

Again, installation time on site varies for each make and model of stairlift. A curved stairlift (on average) takes three to four hours to install and is dependent on what is involved i.e. how many bends in the staircase etc. Once again, the engineer on his Free Quotation visit will explain to you what work is entailed and approximate time for installation.

Engineers

All our engineers are fully trained and experienced and will always wear a Top Flight Stairlifts uniform. I.D. will be produced on site, if requested.

The Engineer will take as much time as is necessary to explain to you exactly how the lift operates and will ensure that you are completely satisfied with your new stairlift before he leaves the property.
