MY NEW CHAIR

How I longed to sit at ease

And lift the strain from off my knees

I looked around most everywhere

To find the perfect reclining chair.

I staggered into Sandbach town

With back pain, wore a furrowed frown

Then came across the ‘Top Flight’ store

With lifts and chairs and so much more!

The staff were all so very kind

In helping me make up my mind

And, reclining gently here and there

Happily chose a brand new chair.

 

I awaited delivery, eagerly,

Weary of lolling on my old settee

The days flew by then, in delight

My chair arrived, a welcome sight.

My thanks to all are most sincere

For comfort, ease and no more fear

Relaxed and happy without care

I sit ( or lie) IN MY NEW CHAIR!!!!!!!!!!
